Perfect for couples, families, adventurers, business travelers, etc. It can accommodate 6 people. It is in a privileged location; just 30 meters from an idyllic seafront promenade with unbeatable Mediterranean views that connects beaches and coves, 5 minutes from the center. Comments: House completely renovated and released in August 2016. Photographic report made at the end of July 2016. Privileged location in Sa Pedruscada, Son Moll, Cala Ratjada. Equipment: - WiFi Internet 300MB. - National and international TV (ASTRA). - Decalcifier. - Air conditioning with heat / cold pump:    - Living room. - Bedroom 1. - Bedroom 2. - Bedroom 3. - Hose inlet. - Large private garage. - We have Baby-Bed + Baby-Chair. - Towels:    - 2 large bathrooms per person. - 2 small bathrooms per person. - 2 rags of kitchen. - 2 sets of bed linen per person. Normative: - On the day of entry and during the delivery of keys, the Renting Party and the Renter will sign a Seasonal Lease Agreement, governed by current LAW 29/1994, OF NOVEMBER 24, OF URBAN LEASES and its last update LAW 4 / 2013, JUNE 4. - Check-in and Handling of keys: 16: 00h. - Check-out and return of keys: 10: 00h. - Tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands (Law 2/2016, of 30 March) included in the rates. - Rates are subject to change while confirming the reservation. - ETV Tourism Registry Number: 344/2017 / ET. Additional rules: - We do not accept reservations if all the tenants are under 25 years, except justified and consensuated exceptions. Sorry for the inconvenience. - Enjoy and take care of the house as if it were yours. - Respect the rest of the neighbors. - Return the house as delivered. - Make rational use of energy and water resources for the environment. - Do not leave garbage in the house; but should be recycled according to the information and resources that we will provide as your arrival approaches. - Do not enter with wet feet on the parquet. - Scrub the parquet with dry mop. - Do not throw towels on the toilet. - Check out time is at 10:00 am. In case of delay an extra night will be charged (unless expressly authorized). Environment: The house is on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, oriented to the pleasure of a salty sunrise, just 30 meters from a pedestrian promenade and connected by a quiet street passable in a residential area. When leaving the house, heading north, strolling along this seafront promenade for a pleasant 4 minutes will find Son Moll beach, white sand beach and crystal clear waters; South direction, walking for 2 minutes you will find the cove of Sa Pedruscada, gray sand cove and turquoise waters, located in an old fishing port; and in front, a short 14-minute walk will find a direct access to the sea through natural rock stairs leading to the Mediterranean Sea. The center of Cala Ratjada, 10 minutes walk along an idyllic promenade, has all kinds of services and tourist activities for all tastes and ages, day and night. However, the house is 10 minutes walking from the center and, therefore, can rest with the whisper of the sea and the twinkle of the stars. Capdepera offers endless possibilities of leisure: wonderful beaches, hidden coves, urban walks, lively nature, nightlife, magic sunrises, culture in the street, gastronomy ... All or nothing can be done: live on the edge with balloon trips, water sports, horse riding, hiking through its mountains and trails, quiet readings on the sand, ... Services: Supermarkets several at 500 meters. Pharmacy 500 meters away. Gas station within 400 meters
