Fair in Milano

Enjoy your visit to the Eurocucina, Technology for the Kitchen and Salone del Mobile 2016 without any parking problem, and relaxing in a comfortable private room inside a large apartment! The apartment is located in the suburbs of Novara, in a very strategic position ; it is only 2km distant from the A4 motorway tollgate of Novara Est, the Milano Fair can be reached in only 15 min. by car, Lago Maggiore and Lago d’Orta in 30 mins. And Turin in 1h. Milano Malpensa airport is only 20 mins distant. The railway station of Novara can be reached in 5 mins. In my apartment of 120 mqs, at the first floor (there’s also a lift), I offer a double a single room and a double one (see related announcement). Shared areas: a kitchen, a comforting living room, a bath with great shower and a secondary bath with washing machine. The price includes: Italian breakfast, housekeeping, sheets and towels, internal parking (for one car only), wi-fi….In other words: “mi casa es tu casa!” I will personally welcome you; when you arrive from the railway station of Novara, I will come to pick you up and at the end of your stay I’ll drive you back to the station for free. If you arrive from Orio al Serio or Milano Linate airports, reach Milan Central Station and then take the train direction Turin, stop Novara. If you reach Milan Porta Garibaldi Station, then take the S6 Line to Novara. If you come from Milano Malpensa airport, then take the STN bus (ticket 9 Euros): it stops at Novara railway station, where you will find me waiting for you. With a small extra I can pick you up and drive you to the three airports too. At home it’s possible to use tv, pay tv, internet, air conditioning, bath, balconies (you can only smoke here). You will find me at home, ready to give you the whole necessary help to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You can consult a book prepared by myself: there you can find all the informations and suggestions about places to be seen and things to be done for your excursions and trips. The Suburb of Pernate doesn’t have any peculiar attraction, but it is located in a zone with no caos, no traffic-jams and nighttime noises. Crossing the road you will find at your right a supermarket (20 mt), and at your left a take-away pizzeria (10mt), a bakery (50 mt), an ice cream shop (70mt), a Pharmacy (70 mt) and a tobacconist (70mt). A bar and a pizzeria restaurant are in the main square, 100mt far from the apartment. Expo in Milan is the main event and attraction of next months. From here is very easy to reach by car in only 15 minutes, avoiding the traffic-jams of Milano streets and motorways! There are also about 30 trains from and to the Expo, leaving from Novara railway station. In 25 minutes is also possible to reach San Siro Stadium in Milan, for concerts (in the summertime) or football matches (in the other periods of the year). Other suggestions for places to be visited: Milan, Lago Maggiore (Arona, Stresa, the Borromees Islands), Lago d’Orta, Turin. For the lovers of shopping there are two outlets: one (Vicolungo) is only 10 minutes by car from here, the other one (The Place, Biella) is 40 minutes far from here. There are also many peculiar places round here: I look forward to make you discover them! Don’t forget that in the summertime there are feasts and events almost everywhere!
