City apartment with large terrace

A spacious and bright 1.5 room apartment, good view and perhaps the city's largest terrace in the middle of town. Quiet surroundings but just steps from the city's pulses. The terrace is large and cozy with lemon trees surrounding you. In the apartment you have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and linen for 3 people, a new bathroom equipped with a washer / dryer. I will be available for assistance or questions during your stay, anytime, just call me. You can easily park directly in the street at the apartment. If you stay longer then there is long-term parking nearby. If you want to go by tram or bus then there is within 5 min walking distance.
