All the comfort of an apartment but with the services of a hotel! The price of the stay includes towels and bed linen, changing and rearrangement every 4 days and final cleaning. But you can decide to complete your stay by adding: - Breakfast: 12 Euro for adults and 7 Euro for kids 4-12 years old - Most frequent cleaning: € 14 - Change of extra linen: € 10 double bed, € 7 single bed, € 5 for each bathroom set - Animals are welcome and pay € 5 per day each In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the common areas of the boutique hotel: ⧫ The heated indoor swimming pool open 24/7 for a relaxing swim! ⧫ The Technogym gym if sport is essential for you! ⧫ The living room where you can drink an herbal tea, read a book or play a board game with family or friends! ... and the following services: ⧫ The laundry area with washer and dryer available (€ 7.00 per token) ⧫ Free rental bicycle to be able to ride in peace without the stress of traffic! Our staff is at your disposal: on arrival, on departure and for all your stay. You can find us at the reception or alternatively on the phone. There are cities you don't expect. They are almost always ports: you can get there from the sea or to take the sea, sometimes you stay, living differently from the rest of the world, because in a port there is everything, but it makes history in itself. Livorno is one of these places. It is a different Tuscany, to be discovered: long on the sea, with a very particular cuisine and a history in which to immerse yourself, among pirates, businesses and a very particular sense of humor. The hotel is in the neighborhood called “La Venezia” which takes its name from the other, more famous Venice in Italy. Here, ancient palazzos frame winding canals and characterful alleys reveal themselves at every turn. Once bustling with merchants and boats, today it’s the perfect setting for a leisurely walk or boat tour. ⧫ By walk The city center is easily accessible on foot, as well as the promenade and the port. Piazza Grande is the main square of the centre, the main stop for buses and coaches. From here all the urban and extra-urban lines pass. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are all within a 5-10 minute walk. ⧫ By car From 8pm till 5am the neighborhood becomes a Traffic Limited Zone. If you arrive after 8pm don’t worry! Just call us and send us your licence plate. The closest parking is STP parking at 5 min walk. It costs € 0.40 per hour or € 8 per day. Instead, there are stalls adjacent to the structure for those with a disabled parking permit. ⧫ By plane The nearest airport is Pisa, just 30 minutes from Livorno by car or train. ⧫ By train From the Livorno Centrale train station, the journey by car or taxi is short. Alternatively, you can take the LAM Blu bus (direction Miramare), get off in Piazza Grande and from there continue by walk, our boutique hotel is only a 5-minute walk away.
