Charming family house with private park

Perfect houses to spend a wonderful time with relatives or friends. Up to 20 people can sleep in 2 houses with 2 separate kitchens and living rooms. The 12Ha park and the 2 ponds are ideal for walks in nature and to fish. The heaten pool and the 2 barbecues will allow you to enjoy the sunny weather. Located in the middle of the famous Loire valley region, you can access well known vineyards and castles (Chenonceau, Saumur, Azay-le-Rideau...) as well as leasure parks and national zoo (La Flèche) You can access 2 separate houses where 18 people can sleep in 9 bedrooms and if needed 2 sofa beds are available for 4 additional people. Each houses has a full equiped kitchen and living room. The main house is the largest with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 half-bathrooms. The other one has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 half-bathroom. The 12 000m2 park will allow you to play ping-pong, soccer, rugby, volley-ball, etc... You can as well access the 2 ponds to fish or use the barque and the woods for nice walks. All I will stay less than 20 miles far so feel free to ask if you need anything A grocery store (super U) is less than 10min far driving. You can enjoy the small shops (in Chateau la Vallière) including bakery, butchers for great barbecues and open market. Located less than 45min drive from the TGV St Pierre des Corps train station.
