MIRANTA

The small holiday house complex is located at the southern end of the wide sandy beach at Nikiti, in an absolutely quiet surrounding with a wonderful view across the beach and the sea. Due to the hillside location the semi-detached houses (in regional Macedonian style) are staggered on terraces in 4 rows, one after another. The semi-detached houses are built slightly offset so that the terrace of each half is sight-protected from the other. MIRANTA is placed in the front row, directly at the sea with a wonderful view. The beautiful holiday domicile is surrounded by its own ground-level lawn, with a pergola overgrown with vines and some benches to sit on. After 50mtr and a staircase you go through very shallow water to reach the beach that is just below the holiday complex. The two-storey semi-detached house MIRANTA is practically furnished with some modern accents. On the ground floor of the house is the living/dining area with adjoining kitchen, one small bedroom and a bath. From the livingroom and the bedroom there is direct access to the circumferential terrace and the garden where you have a wonderful sea view. From the living room (via a staircase) you get to the first floor with two more bedrooms and a bath. From each of the bedrooms you have direct access to the large, roofed terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view acrross the sea and the bay of Nikiti. The aircondition is installed in the stairway on the first floor. Centerpiece of the domicile is at the side of the house - the roofed terrace with a BBQ area and a magificent view across the sea, the surrounding coast and the village Nikiti. The holiday house MIRANTA and its wonderful location are ideal for an informal holiday at the sea and is especially suited for families with kids. Directly below the holiday complex, after approx. 100mtr through very shallow water you reach the beach that is connected to the wide and extensive sandy beach of Nikiti. In near vicinity you will find plenty of beautiful bays and fine sandy beaches. After another 400mtr you will find the beach bar Geranion with sunbeds and parasols at Nikiti beach. 1 to 1,5 km further south you get to the bays of Kastri and the long sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis. The infrastructure in Nikiti gives you all amenities you need for your holiday. There are plenty of cafés and taverns along the promenade, directly at the beach. In the smaller and larger streets of the town there are many shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and cash withdrwal machines (ATMs). The well-developed marina with a port for boats and yachts at the northern end of the town applies a special charm to the lovable village during summer time. Apporx. 2 km along the coast, in a beautifull hillside location you get to the well preserved ancient center of Nikiti with its typical Macedonian houses and the small and narrow alleys.
