It has retained its beams and honey coloured stone walls throughout but offers the modern comforts of home. The house offers accomodation over two floors.Downstairs is an open plan living space with kitchen dining and living areas along with two shower and toilet (Website hidden by Airbnb) kitchen has a gas cooker/ fridge/dishwasher/ microwave /kettle and coffee maker along with crockery and cooking utensils.A washing machine is available communally The living area has two sofas and an armchair and the dining area has a large oak table and (Website hidden by Airbnb) and french tv available along with dvd and music system. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms a double room, a bunk room and a twin room max sleeping capacity is 6 . Wooden floor boards and wooden staircase Outside the Mesange benefits from two terraces one to the side and one at the front offering alfresco eating whatever the time of day. Guests have access to all communal areas with 2 and a half acres of gardens to share There is a communal covered outdoor eating area should guests wish to interract with other holiday makers on site. This is sanitised daily. The two pools are for use of all guests on site The pools are set away from the houses .There are sets of loungers for each house,treated daily and enough space to give families privacy even in a communal area. The pools are available from 9am to 9pm . A payable washing machine is available communally . This is naturally cleaned and sanitised between each use Payable tumble dryer available speak to owner for this service. There is a car space in the communal parking to the side of the site. Please inform the owner if additional spaces are required. We will be there to meet you on arrival and are available for any needs you may have throughout your stay. The village has a superb restaurant and bar within 5 minutes walk and amenities are within 5 minutes drive. Supermarkets are just 10 minutes away along with a daily halle paysanne a covered food market offering locally cultivated produce and products Our property offers the ideal base to explore the Dordogne valley and its wonderful sites of interest but also provides a tranquil setting to relax and unwind away from the bustle of daily life The area abounds with history, beautiful villages , fantastic caves, superb activities for children and adults.Add to that the fantastic cuisine and wine of the area and hopefully you will want to return to this delightful part of France A car is essential in this rural idyll Bedding is provided Towels may be hired if you so wish at the cost of 7 euros per person per week or 5 euros per person per part week. A damage deposit of £150 or 200€ is required on arrival in cash, This will be returned to you as you check out. During July and August the property is rented for full weeks only from a Sunday to a Sunday.
