My Condo, Lilac 25 furnished: Balcony (1 front with pool-view, 1 rear with garden-view), 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Available is a king sized bed and your own bathroom adjacent in the first bedroom. Also two floor small sized beds and one small sized bed (for one person) are in the second bedroom. Two sofas are in the living room. My home has a large balcony overlooking pool. All rooms are air conditioned. The kitchen has a refrigerator, an oven, a toaster and a kettle. A TV is available with satellite. Has plenty of drawers&hanging areas. You can play tennis at the property. Electricity and water usage fees will be charged before departure. (0.1 €/0.6 TL per KW, 1€/ 6TL per M3). Free Wifi is provided throughout the property and free parking is available. Guests can use the common pool. Normally no interaction but available if needed. Safe and family-oriented neighborhood. Car rental is available. Paid Shuttle to the nearest beach every 3 days of the week with a very cheap fee. Pets are not allowed. Family friendly. No smoking inside the condo (except balconies). No shoes allowed in the flat. No meal will be provided.
