Redbud Cabin at Tall Timbers, beautifully decorated cabin retreat in the woods

Tall Timbers Retreat is only eight miles from downtown Nacogdoches, which is THE oldest town in Texas. Nestled among the majestic pine trees, these competitively priced, fully furnished cabins are completely updated and include all the comforts of home. We are a low light and low tech (no WiFi) retreat. This allows you to view the amazing stars and have a get away from technology. We do have cell phone coverage so you can use your phone as a hot spot for WiFi if needed. We have a total of four cabins an event hall, chow hall and beautiful red barn. Redbud cabin is our largest cabin where we can sleep up to 18 guests. If you require each person to have their individual bed then Redbud cabin will sleep 13 people. Tall Timbers caters to families who enjoy the active lifestyle, but who also like to unwind. Outside your door, 30 wooded acres invite you to explore. Take a walk down to the barn. Gather your family and have a day of fun playing sand volleyball, corn-hole, horseshoes, or utilize our on-site baseball/soccer field. Grab a book and take advantage of our many outdoor swings and rocking chairs. Imagine the peaceful and tranquil sounds of nature as you let your troubles fade away with the afternoon breeze. As evening approaches, gather around the bonfire and gaze at the stars while making s'mores. Our crown jewel is the Chow Hall! It can accommodate up to 75 seated guest, which makes it ideal for large groups. This is a great place for family meals, group studies, meetings, play ping-pong, karaoke, piano, Bingo, we have it all!! Maybe just relax in the rocking chairs playing a game of checkers or catch a movie on our large LCD TV. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!!! Bring your dog from home or your HORSE from the barn!! We have the facilities that they will love!!! We have HUGE outdoor kennels, stables, fenced pastures and shelter from the weather. We look forward to seeing you at Tall Timbers Retreat.
