In a Family owned building and in one of Cairo's oldest neighbourhood; a simple one bedroom apartment with a beautiful garden -Greenery is not common for Cairo downtown- the place is fully furnished and has all what you need to have a memorable experience. The neighborhood is very central very easy access and very safe night and day. You will be welcomed by myself or any one of my family member who will be there to accommodate you, a Concierge is available for small services. Fully furnished with 2 double beds and a big sofa; it is great for families of 4 who can share beds and bedroom, also to a small group of friends who can share beds and bedroom, it is a single bedroom apartment so if you are close friends that do not mind sharing beds the place can accommodate up to 4 persons. it has one bathroom with all the necessaries; shampoos, toothpaste, mouthwash, soap and shower gel are available. you have access to hot water, free wi-fi, HD LED TV with cable and Netflix, access to fully equipped kitchen; gas stove; espresso machine and refrigerator, free coffee and tea, I will probably leave a bottle of wine for you if I am in a good mood. the apartment have access to a garden where you can have your coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening but always remember to keep it down. The apartment is on the ground floor so no hassle for senior citizens. You can smoke moderately inside the house but please always aerate while smoking and after. You will have access to a study room with a big desk if you would like to get some work done during your stay the desk is equipped with a printer and a scanner; please do not open any drawers or use the cupboard as this is only space that has some personal staff in the apartment other than this you are free to use anything available in the house. Guest can access everything stated above except the drawers and the cupboard in the study room, there are no locks so we trust your integrity on that. other than that please consider yourself at home Familly owned building where we live in the same building so practically someone will be available 24/7, also there is a concierge living next door so you can feel free to ask him for whatever you need. I will personaly or any one from the family will receive you and and help you settle in. The place will be cleaned before your arrival. We can furnish cleaning service if needed with a cost of 10 USD per hour. There is a concierge in the building you can ask him to buy some groceries or help you with you luggages, please tip him generously for his services. Daher is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Cairo, it is located right at the Center of Cairo 500 meters from Cairo's main road Ramses street, and about 2 kilometeres from Cairo's main train station. The neighborhood will provide a unique experience on it's own as you can still access small traditional markets of fruits and vegetables and still can buy fresh meat, fish and poultry. it is a very alive in the morning and very safe by night. It is famous for lots of Churches from Coptic, Protestant, Orthodox and Catholic; where you can hear their bells ringing in the morning. The neighborhood is very accessible and provide easy access to practically anywhere you go in Cairo. Public transportation is not really recommend in Cairo, so by Taxi or Uber it will take you an hour to reach the house -depending on traffic- the neighborhood is famous and close to Cairo's main road Ramses street; feel free to call me when you arrive and I will the direction to your driver. it is a family owned building so me and my family live there for the past 40 years, we are famous of being a respectable family so please we are counting on you to act as a family friend and keep the same reputation; no parties are allowed you can have friends over but keep it low at all times, no drugs are allowed inside the house or in the garden, alcohol consumption is tolerated but drink responsibly. Remember always that you are a family friend so please act as a friend and we will make sure that we will treat as a member of our family.
