This charming sunlit apartment is close to Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Barangaroo, CBD, MCA, Opera House. The location is SO convenient - you can step out & walk to nearby public transport ie: Ferry or Bus. The local village ambience & neighborhood are welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Harbor & City are literally a ferry ride away. It's cosy, comfortable & has everything you'll need for a great stay. Great for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. The apartment is particularly sunny, elegant and has very good access to East Balmain ferry which is a 7 minute walk away. It resembles a small hotel suite with the advantage of self catering and privacy. There is a lovely collection of art books and the artworks on the wall add character and charm. The bathroom provides a great rainfall style shower. There's a free cupboard space to hang your clothes etc. The balcony is perfect to relax and read or enjoy a drink at dusk! The double bed has a firm Mattress with white cotton sheets, down doona and pillows. There's space for a car and for a visitor car. It is within walking distance to an excellent cafe, pub, restaurant and grocery shop. East Balmain is an exclusive pocket within Sydney and is a 20 minute ferry ride to the city, ten minutes to Barangaroo. The entire apartment is available including a sunny balcony looking out to the local harbour. I will be available by email and What's App 24/7. I will leave details of a colleague who can answer any questions in the event that I'm out of town. Where possible we will meet you and show you into the apartment. Otherwise we can give you instructions. Balmain Village has a wonderful atmosphere filled with interesting boutiques, restaurants, cafes and small galleries. It's a small trip to both Rozelle and Orange Grove markets which are open on Saturdays. There are some delightful walks and cycling tracks around the Bay. There are 2 ferry terminals that go either into the city or up to Cockatoo Island and up the river to Parramatta. There is a bus terminal 5 minutes from the apartment that will take you into the city. I will provide the fridge with some fruit , milk, eggs, fresh sour dough bread, butter and naturally tea and coffee. The apartment is genuinely for 2 people only. Wifi is available for organizing bookings & banking etc. Please take note there is an instruction sheet for setting up
