Panoramic tarrace small studio

The small studio (18 sqm) is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, just few steps from the lake and thethe pier where the boats departs to the island . The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market. The studio is bright and recently renovated (May 2017). Features a kitchenette with a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and bread toaster. The apartment is designed to accommodate guests and is located on the second floor above the ground floor. Access by stairs. After the first floor the ladder is rotating with a spiral staircase width of 55cm. The studio may not be very comfortable for very large sized adults and for travelers with very large suitcases. The house is located on a pedestrian street, the car reaches a distance of 30 meters. Public parking is nearby. 180 meters away there is an organized parking fee of 3 euros per day (which is deducted if you eat in 2 nearby restaurants). 12 euros per week and 25 per month. The bus station is 1 km away and Ioannina Airport is 4 km away. - Flexible arrival, depending on reservations - Smoking is allowed only on the terrace of the house. - On leaving the kitchen utensils, dishes and electrical appliances should be clean and the kitchen neat.
