The property overlooking the Ionian Sea is located in Pantokratoras, which is one of the most beautiful areas in Preveza. Pantokratoras is the ideal location for cycling and hiking providing access to scenic sea views and a magnificent sunset. Our property is situated just 2 kilometers from Preveza’s airport (Aktion) and 1.5 km from the centre. This 52sqm flat entails of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 TV, heating and air-condition. You also have a balcony overlooking the well-kept garden with a seating area. Get pleasurably lost in the countless cobblestone alleys in the historic centre of Preveza, where you will find many shops, traditional restaurants, bars and ‘ouzeri’. You can start your day by enjoying your coffee with the view of the Ambracian Gulf, where you will see hundreds of yachts and superyachts parked. Make sure you stop and have lunch in one of the taverna’s in the alleys – Afterall, Ipeiros is known for its delicious fish cuisine, it’s not a coincidence that James Bond had prawns and sardines in “for your eyes only”. Preveza’s nightlife accommodates all kinds of tastes, from a quiet drink at the seafront, to a rebetiki tavern where you can enjoy your dinner accompanied with live bouzouki music. Nonetheless, for the restless, there is a variety option of clubs. Our property provides access to Preveza’s famous long stretched pristine beaches, including Kiani Akti (500m distance from property), Alonaki (500m), Monolithi (8km) and many more along the Ioanian coast. Other than beaches and pleasures of life, Preveza has a very rich history, starting from the Archaeological site of Nicopolis, the Zalongo monument, the most famous Nekromanteion in Grecce of Acheron, to the river of Acheron where you can also experience water sports, such as kayaking, rafting, hiking and horse riding.
