3-bedroom cottage on Memphremagog Lake

Located on a quiet Point bordering a Wildlife management area on Lake Memphremagog in quiet bay. We have another house on the property that we stay in. The maximum house occupancy is 7. The sleeping areas include a Master Bedroom ( double), Bedroom # 2 ( double), Bedroom # 3 ( Queen and Single). Additional rooms include full kitchen, large living room/dining room combination (open concept). Iron and ironing board. Patio table and chairs. No smoking. Dogs by special arrangement.
