La Casetta (Typical rustico in Blenio Valley )

La Casetta is a typical stone building (rustico). It is situated in the nucleus of Ludiano, near to the woods. Completely renovated and with all the comforts (two bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, parking): ground floor with an open-space kitchen/living room, first floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Suitable for hiking lovers and cycling lovers and also for families. Kitchen: dishwasher, big fridge and freezer, oven, kitchen island, induction hob and everything necessary for cooking. Coffee machine (capsules), kettle, toaster. Principal bedroom: double bed and bed for babies Secondary bedroom: 2 single beds and a sofa-bed Principal bathroom: WC, sink and shower on the first floor Laundry room with a WC: WC, sink, washing machine and dryer Parking, balcony and tiny garden. Ludiano is a tiny and quiet village (350 residents) , at 500 m a.s.l. It is placed at the begin of the Blenio Valley, also known as "Valle del Sole" (Sun Valley). Ludiano is also known as "Paese delle vigne" (village of vineyards), for the presence of several merlot vineyards (some of them also ancient). The Blenio Valley is known to be quiet (no railway and no highway), to have a network of 500 Km of walking trails and several biking trails. As all houses, La Casetta has its risks for little children (internal and external staircase, the balcony), so we ask you to pay attention during your stay.
