Walking distance to beach. One of the best beaches to learn how to surf! Cozy, clean and sunny semi-detached 1 Bedroom/ Bathroom apartment with separate lounge with kitchen, separate entrance and private garden. Secure off-street parking. Ideally situated and within walking distance of the Muizenberg beach front which offers restaurants, coffee shops, a Brewery, yoga classes and plenty of Surf Schools. The flat comes with complementary tea, a Nespresso coffee machine and South African rusks! Our space is newly renovated. It is clean and minimal. We love it! It is semi-detached space so we are all under the same roof but have separate living spaces, gardens and entrances. The queen bed is super comfy with a fantastic view of the mountain from the bed. Our kitchen is custom designed by us and is a lovely place to hang out and take in the view. There is a 2 plate gas hob and a convection oven/microwave and a well equipped kitchen. The Bathroom is clean and modern with a great shower and fluffy white towels. There is a table and chair that can be used as a work space if needed. The garden has a small area with chairs to hang out and BBQ with a Weber available if needed. There is secure off street parking for one car behind a sliding gate. With your own private entrance and a garden area. We have lived in Muizenberg for 15 years and will be happy to help with any questions and tips! Ideally situated and within walking distance (10 minute walk) of the Muizenberg beach front which offers restaurants, bars, quaint coffee shops, a Brewery, yoga classes, plenty of Surf Schools and much more. Muizenberg is an Arty community and has a quirky flair which we love. Every Friday evening their is a Local Blue Bird Market which is a great way to get together and eat wonderfully prepared food and soak in the atmosphere. We are also 2 blocks from the Zandvlei Estuary with lovely walks and a park. Getting around is easy, everything is in walking distance. There is a bike rental if desired and the train comes right into Muizenberg. The train will link you to Cape Town City Center on the Simonstown line. The closest train stop is about an 8 minute walk. Uber is available too. There is an alarm. We recycle and have a compost bin, so our waste is divided. There would be space for a baby or a single child.. just let us know and we can arrange a cot or an extra bed, although you would then be sharing a bedroom. We have 2 cats and a friendly dog who might come say hi. There is secure parking, behind an electric sliding gate to the side of the driveway. It is important to note that the parking is only suitable for small (compact) or medium-sized cars. Large cars, pick-up trucks ("Bakkies" as they are called here), SUVs etc. will not fit and will thus not work out. These vehicles may be parked outside the house i.e. street-parking.
