Just 15 minutes from Coolum Beach and 25 minutes from Noosa, enjoy this stunning eco home in the Hinterland. After a day frolicking in the pool or the surf, relax and soak up its peaceful surroundings with splendid bush views across the valley - enjoy sunset cocktails while the kids roam free in the backyard. Please read the house rules.** ** Early check-in/ Late check-out on request** Light and spacious indoor open plan living area that opens up to a large outdoor entertaining space on the undercover deck, with dining table, BBQ and a gorgeous daybed to relax. Whistler Hinterland Hideway has 5 generous bedrooms all with built-ins. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and ensuite, with views onto the pool. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen size bed with bush views, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms have two singles beds in each. There are three bathrooms. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided. The kitchen, complete with coffee-maker, is equipped with modern appliances. The house has free Wifi and Fetch TV for your enjoyment. The lounge area and each bedroom have air conditioning that will cool the whole house on a hot summer day. The large carport also provides plenty of space to store bikes, surfboards etc. The house is perfectly set up for six adults and four children or young adults. You are welcome to bring pets, please just be mindful of the beautiful wildlife in Yandina Creek and keep furry friends on a leash when outside the house. And because the house is set in the midst of a tranquil bush setting and neighbourhood, it is a strictly no party/ loud noise home and we ask you to respect our neighbours and the environment. Guest access Access to Whistler Hinterland Hideway is via a safe coded lock box. Once the booking is confirmed you will be provided an access code and instructions. Other things to note We try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We provide a few essentials to get you through the first few nights, including toilet paper, a fresh dish cloth and tea towel, dishwashing powder, washing powder, garbage bags, soap and body wash and cleaning supplies. Tea and coffee are also provided. All linen, including bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels, are included. A few games for the children, and beach accessories - beach blanket, umbrella. Close by: Explore gorgeous Yandina, with its famous weekend farmers market, vintage homewares and furniture stores, local coffee brewers, the award-wining Spirit House Restaurant, and of course, the Ginger Factory. Famous Eumundy village is just a few minutes away - immerse yourself in its wonderful markets, the amazing Berkelow Bookstore and other local gems. Or simply head down the road to our favourite, child-friendly brewery for some live music and fresh farm produce, Terella Brewery. Yandina is also a perfect gateway to the Sunshine Coast's stunning hinterland, with many bush-walk options to waterholes as well as horse-ridding and mountain bike-ridding. Whistler Hinterland Hideway is not a party venue. Our home is in a quiet, suburban neighbourhood and on the edge of State Conservation Forests. It is surrounded by bush and precious wildlife and for these reasons we request guests be respectful of our neighbours and of the local environment/ wildlife. The house is mostly off-grid. It has solar power and is on rain water. As much as possible we would like to leave a light footprint and as such would be grateful for your help too, including a strict maximum of eight guests.
