Cosy private Chalet No. 1 in Hove

Modern private chalet at the bottom of a beautiful garden, including decking and seating area. Private access at the side of the main house. Contemporary style and secluded location but close to bus route into Central Hove & Brighton. Nearby motorway access to all parts of the country. We aim to offer you a positive experience in return for respect of our property. There are some beautiful walks close by taking you across the South Downs to the Devils Dyke. On entering this beautiful garden you instantly feel relaxed. You have your own private entrance and can come and go as you please. As you walk down to the bottom of the garden you find 2 identical chalets. They each have a large room with a very comfortable double bed. A wardrobe with some hangers and an ironing board and iron. A table and chairs which can easily be used as a desk if you intend to work. There is no kitchen however there is a microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery and a small fridge. Tea and coffee facilities and a TV to keep you entertained. There are bed side lamps and everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep including heaters to keep you nice and warm. There is a modern ensuite shower room with towels. Private Decking area with seating that you can relax and the benefit of your own private entrance I'm here if you have any questions and also respect your own privacy if you prefer. Hangleton (and Knoll) are both neighborhoods in the borough of Hove. Hangleton has the oldest building in the city of Brighton and Hove, which is St Helen's church. Hangelton Manor is also the oldest secular building in Hove. The neighborhood around the property is quiet, and safe and parking is easy. There are shops, pubs and recreational areas within a 10 minute walk. There are some beautiful walks close by which take you across the south downs and a 10 minute drive / bus journey will take you to the seafront. There is on street parking and the chalet is within a 5 minute walk of public transport with buses taking you into central Hove and Brighton. I rent out 2 chalets so at times there may be other guests in the chalet next door. Please note there is no kitchen, however there is a microwave and small fridge.
