Little Brown House

Charming rustic house on the Monongahela River and the Rail-Trail. It is about 4 miles from downtown Morgantown in a small unincorporated village. The whole house with two porches. The basement is not accessible. The whole house is available but not the basement. I don’t live in Morgantown but I have a cleaner who will be available. Located in a quiet remote community. The Rail-Trail runs north to the Pennsylvania line and south to Morgantown. You’ll need a car to get to Morgantown about 4 miles away. VanVoorhis Road is hilly and curvy, but paved. In the winter it can be slippery if it snows or freezes before the snowplow can treat it. Go slow. A 4wheel drive is helpful. There is no central AC just two window units with ceiling fans in most rooms.
