Tallowwood farm

Escape to the peaceful Tallowwood farm located just 2 minutes out of Chiltern. Tallowwood is set upon 11 acres of farm land with an iris farm developing out the front, newly planted orchard and developing surrounding english style gardens. Out in the paddock we have a large unfenced dam and cattle grazing, horses are welcome to stay Tallowwood house has 4 bedrooms all with built in robes. clothesline out the back, veranda out the front and an old rocking chair. Please note we have a cat onsite Tallowwood farm is still in the developing stage. Our vision is to develop a large vegetable garden that can produce enough vegetables and fruit to sell to the local community, plenty of eggs from grass fed chickens and a beautiful lush garden surrounding the house, We are also developing an iris farm in the front garden where customers can browse and purchase our farm grown bearded Iris on our open days. feel free to walk the gardens and enjoy the farm fresh air. We unfortunately cannot host your pets at Tallowwood farm as our neighbors have chickens and ducks and cannot run the risk being injured. we also have a cat who lives on-site. she is very friendly! We are only located 2 min drive from the Bnb and can be contacted by phone, our number will be available in the welcome book. Open farm land, farms located either side. Chiltern is only a 2 min drive variety of antique shops, cafes and pubs. Please see our welcome book that has plenty of information about our area. Chiltern has a train station, the post office has all the information about times and purchasing tickets. Beechworth is only a short 15 min drive. Our cat lives on site, she is very friendly and loves pats. Please make sure she doesn't sneak inside.
