Queen sized bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. Cot and highchair available on request. Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area, front loader washing machine and dryer in the bathroom/laundry and separate toilet. The entrance door is at street level so no steps but the front balcony is at first floor level so private and safe. Although I will not be available in person you can contact me via email or phone if you have any queries or concerns The apartment is situated on the beach side of Avonmore Terrace which os a quiet residential street. A 3 minute stroll down the lane will take you to South Cottesloe beach and a further 5 minute walk along the foreshore pathway will take you to the main beachside hotels, cafes, restaurants and shops. The train station on the main Perth to Fremantle line is again a short walk away as are bus stops. A 5 minute drive will take you to the Cottesloe shopping precinct, with coffee shops, small bars, cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, designer shops and a large gourmet market all at your finger tips.
