Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area, front loader washing machine and dryer in the bathroom/laundry and separate toilet. The entrance door is at street level so no steps but the front balcony is at first floor level so private and safe. A 3 minute stroll down the lane will take you to South Cottesloe beach and a further 5 minute walk along the foreshore pathway will take you to the main beachside hotels, cafes, restaurants and shops. The train station on the main Perth to Fremantle line is again a short walk away as are bus stops. A 5 minute drive will take you to the Cottesloe shopping precinct, with coffee shops, small bars, cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, designer shops and a large gourmet market all at your finger tips.
