Bergerie de Leth

Located on the site of a former sheep pen, in between the Bouriane natural region and the Causse limestone plateau, this house of stone, wood and iron, is thought out to allow you to enjoy a holiday out in the sticks! The area is at the crossroads of sporty and cultural activities: the nearby sites of Rocamadour, Dordogne valley, and other remarkable sites are all ideal locations for strolls or cycling expeditions. You will also enjoy various festivals: blues, pop music, theatre, cinema etc. 8 people can be hosted in this comfy modern house and has yet kept the charm of bygone days with old furniture and typical architecture. The house includes a spiral staircase, subfloor heating, wooden floors, cosy bathrooms, 4 carefully decorated rooms, a vast living room open on a patio, a TV/working area, garden with barbecue and a large swimming pool. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, ceramic plates, iron, etc.) Linen is available with the host (15€/ person for the whole stay). We live a few meters away from the guest house and we will be available to help and guide you. If we were to be absent we will make sure that there will always be someone to welcome you, and we will make sure to be reachable by phone. The Mas de Cauze hamlet is composed of about 10 houses and is located in a rustic environment. Various activities are available and easily reachable, hiking trails, river swimming, canoeing/kayaking, and touristic sites less than 40 kms away. The surrounding forests offer great picnics and hut building opportunities for children. Donkeys and horses on the site will enjoy a cuddle as much as you will! No public transport, only bike and car! The swimming-pool (15 m x 7 m), located between the two houses will be shared with the hosts.
