If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000. We do cater family and don't take groups of more than 6 adults You have open access to the BBQ facilities, please ensure the area is kept tidy and BBQ is cleaned after use or a $50 charge will incur. As per the house rules, there is strictly no smoking in the property. Failure to follow this house rule will result in a $500 fee to deodorise the property.
