This is 1 unit fully-furnished apartment. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 baths/shower to share including the living room and kitchen It is located at Daorong Danao, Panglao, Bohol exactly front of ISLAND BLUE WATER REFILLING STATION, should be very easy to find as the property was just by the road. It has 2 bedrooms. Along the road, 5 minutes drive to Alona beach and about 10 minutes ride to the public market. There is stores around, bbq place and water refilling by the front street. Guest has access on the washing area including the parking area. I will interact with guest if there will be problem involved. And if they will need my help in whatsoever, i'd be there. Quiet neighborhood, about 100 meters from Bluewater Resort. About 10-15 minutes driver to the new Panglao international airport. Between 30-45 minutes drive to Tagbilaran City ( Malls, Shopping and Ferry Terminal ). The neighborhood is within 10 minutes distance to the market, 5 minutes drive to Alona beach and other night life and restaurants. There is a weekly Farmer's Market every Sunday morning. There is a pharmacy and bakeries at the public market. There is BBQ place nearby the Apartment, with a bar to chill out. Public transportation available passing in front of apartment every 30 minutes to hour. Public market is 10 mins away by motorbike. There are lots of transportation (habal-habal and tricycles) available between Alona Beach and my house or to Doljo Beach. It is not allowed to smoke inside the bedroom or inside the apartment unit, the designated area to smoke is outside where there is ashtray, table and chairs. If need help on arranging transport let us know at least 1 day before. Tuktuk/motorbike rental cost 400-600 peso depending on what kind of motorbike, Van/car transport to tagbilaran pier/port is between 300-900 peso depending how many people.
