Two floors house, 7 bedrooms (6 dbl & 1 ind), 3 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. Total guests: 20-22 There is a small apartment, in the same villa, with 1 dbl bedroom, 2 sofa beds in the leaving room and 1 bathroom. The price of the apartment is separate from the rates for the main house. Renewed old style house with large garden, swimming pool and barbecue. Ideal for families and groups. Suitable for people with reduced mobility. Nature, activities and tranquility 30km from Barcelona. La Ronsana is located in a unique and privileged environment. It is located in Santa Eulália de Ronçana, a town in the heart of Vallès Oriental, surrounded by true nature. It is a recently restored family house, built around 1940. It is a cosy house with a warm and comfortable touch. The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with all the necessary utensils, and the machine room. It has a washing machine and dryer as well as an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living-dining room is a very cosy space to enjoy both in summer and in winter, as it has heating and a fireplace. On this same floor there is 1 double room (trundle bed with 2 mattresses of 90cm) and 1 complete bathroom with shower, ideal for people with reduced mobility. On the top floor we will find the rest of the rooms, a total of 6 (2 double rooms with 150cm bed, 3 doubles with two 90cm beds and 1 single), and 2 complete bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). We also have 3 folding beds and 2 travel cots (on request). With a total capacity of 15/16 people. All the rooms have bed linen, duvets and towels. The house has wifi and tv. In case you are a larger group, we have recently opened a small guest house Villatodos to accommodate 4/6 more people. It has a double room (with a 150cm bed) and an entrance room with a double sofa bed and the possibility of putting a folding bed. It has a complete bathroom with shower. And also heating, wifi and tv. The house has an immense garden to get lost in, and also a large swimming pool (with sunbeds), barbecue area (with large tables), swings for children, and a leafy forest. We also have parking area inside the house for several cars. We won't be there, but available whenever you need us... January to June and September to December minimum stay 2 nights. July and August weekly rent. Prices for 8 persons, for more guests, charge of 15€ person/night. Cleaning fee of 60 to 100€. Deposit required at the entrance.
