Private room, near seaside- free off road parking

Bright, spacious room walking distance to the beach. Train station 1 minute walk over the road, 15 minutes from brighton. Walking distance to beautiful shoreham and southwick, with lovely pubs, bars and restaurants. South Downs near by and access to the river Adur. Private light and spacious double bedroom, with shared bathroom. Bathroom fitted with bath and shower- Only shared with myself. A lot of local bars, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely walks within the area and all busier towns a short bus or train ride away. Off road parking available on private driveway and all free parking on the street. The space is room only including bathroom with bath and shower facilities. No access to downstairs kitchen or lounge area I am happy of meet and greet guests and answer any questions. I also like my privacy as I’m sure you do too :) Lovely quiet road which backs onto allotments. Free off road parking on private driveway and free street parking available also. Train station over the road and another larger station 10 minute walk away. A lot of local pubs, bars and restaurants within walking distance in southwick and shoreham. Shoreham definitely worth a visit! Hove is only 5/10 minutes away and Brighton another 10 minutes after that. Lots to see and do around the area! Off road parking available on private driveway. Train station over the road. I have two cats called Squidge and Dijon, who are very friendly but can be a little playful too. I keep them shut away downstairs and they have no access to the bedrooms. Therefore access to the downstairs area/kitchen it not available.
