Colombo Residence - Orchid Apartment

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and centrally located house in Colombo. Easily accessible from the airport (26km). Many restaurants and recreation places close by. The Colombo Residence is closely located to shopping areas and CBD. Housed with 3 large bed rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, private balcony, meeting & living/dinning areas. There is a caretaker to look after your needs. All rooms and common areas are fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioners. It is a three-level house. Ground floor has the main living area, dinning area, a large pantry and bathroom. Guests can freely use the kitchen. It has most needed kitchen appliances. 1st floor, "Orchid Apartment" comprises of three large bed rooms with one shared and one private bathroom. One of those rooms has has an additional single bed and with a very nice private outdoor space. There are several shared areas in the house. 1. Ground floor living area 2. Pantry 3. Dinning area The caretaker is available through out your stay to meet your needs. He is extremely helpful and courteous. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Therefore, it is appreciated if you do not disturb the neighborhood after 10pm. (a) It is a wonderful place to access many interesting places in Colombo, such as restaurants, supermarkets, typical Sri Lankan food outlets/take away restaurants etc. Fast food out lets like McDonald, The Fab etc are within walking distance. (b) All the rooms and common areas in the house are fitted with ceiling fans and air-conditioners. They are very efficient to give you a comfortable stay. It is much appreciated if you turn off the air conditioners when the rooms are not occupied, since the energy costs are tremendously high in Sri Lanka.
