Although there is no kitchen access, the separate Guest Lounge (shared) has 2 sofas, TV, dining table and kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Beautiful garden. The house has 2 stylish, double Guest Bedrooms (Bed 1 and Bed 2), both of which have a private bathroom. The house is on a tree-lined residential main road in South London. Bedroom 1 faces the road. Bedroom 2 at the rear overlooks a mature garden and a tennis club with 7 courts. Carshalton Beeches station (only 5 minutes walk) provides a direct service to Central London (30-40 mins). Great bus and road connections too. The Royal Marsden and St Helier hospitals are under 2 miles away. Apart from beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, guests have access to a separate guest lounge, patio and beautiful mature garden.
