My apartment is very comfortable, homey, and with balconies in all the compartments for a better entrance of light and sight on the bairo of the "Beira-Mar", to 1 minute of the Place of the Fish (central tourist zone), the zone of the water channels, restaurants, bars, pubs and pastries with the typical sweets of the city of Aveiro. We are right in the most desired part of Aveiro. Here you have a connection to the great Ria de Aveiro and to the surrounding beaches. My space is located in an old neighborhood of the "Beira Mar" area, privileged area of "Rossio", or better, the historic center of Aveiro. Here you will find silence, and just a few steps and a few minutes away, visitors will find the center of restaurants, bars and the entrance on the streets and pedestrian paths of Aveiro for those who like discovery walks. The apartment has light all day, and has balconies throughout its length, and in all compartments. The house is entirely at your disposal, without any discomfort. Here is worth spending your time;) Guests have access to the entire apartment without conditions. It is only necessary to always know the number of guests correctly, to always leave one or two rooms prepared, depending on the number of people. I will usually be always or almost always available for any help or follow-up. I will always be aware of all the events in the region, and of new places that are open to the public. And if you need a beer tour of the city, talk to me, because I'm connected to the local beers of the city :) In this district of Rossio there are still many elderly residents, although the area is growing more and more with guest houses. These ancient people belong to the old and beautiful generation of "cagaréus", which is the typical name of the same in this place. is a family neighborhood and former fishermen and with many years of history.   This is an area occasionally visited by tourists who like to walk and take photos of old houses and the canals that surround this neighborhood. It's a safe neighborhood, but avoid giving coin to men trying to park their cars, who try to take advantage of tourism. You are not obliged to give them coins, as there is a parking meter for this purpose. Otherwise, it has no insecurity in place. The police are very present in this neighborhood, so always park in the recommended places. There are taxis and buses from the train station to this historic area. From the train station to this house, it is a 15 minute walk. The taxi station is located at the beginning of "Avenida Lourenço P (Hidden by Airbnb) ho" 5 minutes walk from this house. In any case, whoever can park, the area has parking payable. But if you go to the side of the small bridge next to this house that passes over the canal, you will find a huge parking lot that is free of payment and safe. All the neighbors of this old building are totally reliable. But always count on their help for something they need. Attention to the entrance door of the building, so you do not park in front of you or leave the door open. Police can tow cars parked in this area in front of clear doors. So pay attention to this detail and always try to park in authorized places and avoid places that have the continuous yellow line or parking for residents.
