“La terrazza di Agrigento” is a cozy mini apartment with a large open-air space and many home comforts: w-fi, free car park, kitchen, tv, ect. The large terrace, for guests only, has a lovely gazebo with table and chairs. “LA TERRAZZA DI AGRIGENTO” offers plenty of outdoor space to its guests: the terrace features a gazebo area with tables, chairs, armchairs and sofas and a sun bathing area also great to make a wish upon a falling star, or enjoy the best sunset in Europe. There is a choice between a mini-flat for 2 people or a large bedroom suitable for up to 4 guests (check our other advertisement out: LA TERRAZZA DI AGRIGENTO DUE) . Each of them with separate entrance. The mini-flat is luminous and convenient and it is divided into three parts: a small kitchen provided with all the facilities (fridge, freezer, pottery, cutlery, etc); a bathroom and a bedroom. The other accommodation consists of a comfortable bedroom and an en suite bathroom whit all mod cons: wi-fi, private parking space, BBQ, outdoor shower etc...are available for our guests at all times at no extra charge. Beach chairs are also provided to relax and enjoy the great weather. The barbecue and the outdoor shower may be used by our guests. The apartment is located in a central and peaceful area: bus stop right outside the door, supermarket, pharmacy, fish shop, news-stand ect. Hospitality is an attitude of heart, an important virtue. Guests will feel just like at home and privacy is guaranteed. The key to hospitality is paying attention, and this is what you will find staying in “La terrazza di Agrigento”. Hope to meet you soon. “La Terrazza di Agrigento” is nearby the Sea and only 5 minutes away from the Valley of the Temples and is located in a residential area of San Leone (seaside of Agrigento) and the strategic position makes it so easy to get around. It's a short walk to the beaches and to the boardwalk. Nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and clubs. From the apartment it's easy to get around : major historical monuments, archeoligical Park and Historical Centre are only 7- 10 minutes away by car or scooter. "Casa di Pirandello" and "Scala dei Turchi" are only 15 minutes away and it takes 20 minutes to get to the "Riserva Naturale delle Macalube" di Aragona. If you don't have a car or a scooter there is a bus stop right outside the door and also remember I am fully available. “La Terrazza” is nearby the Sea and only 5 minutes away from the Valley of the Temples.
