A haven of peace in the heart of Lot et Garonne

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a large fenced terrace ideal for small children and offers every comfort. It consists of • a living room, lounge and kitchen, • 2 bedrooms (One with a double bed (140x190cm), the other with three single beds (90x190cm)), • 2 bathrooms, • 2 toilets, • a fitness room and a well-stocked library suited for the whole family. There is digital TV with BBOX France and TV Flanders. We also provide you with a DVD-player and Netflix. The 30 acres park is completely fenced, as is the large and safe swimming pool (41 by 21,3 feet). There is also a badminton court and table tennis as well as a table tennis on the terrace. A walk through the park will let you enjoy a beautiful flower garden, many types of (fruit) trees. A petanque court will also be constructed by next summer. Photos will be added later. The apartment is located at 20 km from Agen and on the banks of the Garonne, allowing you to enjoy all sorts of activities such as fishing, hiking in the nearby nature reserve or cycling along side the Greenway Canal du Midi. The wide area is known for the many bastides and other old villages. You will find all information regarding these, including suggestions for restaurants for everyones taste, in the documentation folder in your apartment. During the months of July and August, bookings are made from Sunday to Sunday. In the low season (May, June, September and October) you can book freely with a minimum of two nights. Included in the price: gas, electricity and water ! We are also happy to welcome your pets. * * * * We have only become the owner of this property since May 2019 and have taken over the apartment in the house that we have rented out further this summer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte : des propriétaires adorables, une propriété avec de quoi s'amuser pour les enfants (piscine, ping pong, badminton, baby foot), bref tout y est pour se reposer et s'amuser. De beux villages à visiter aussi. Je recommande ce gîte pour les familles avec enfants, ou les adultes cherchant à se reposer. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad! Ruddy en Leen hebben ons ontzettend gastvrij ontvangen en ervoor gezorgd dat we ons helemaal thuis en welkom voelden. Genoten van het zwembad, de mooie grote tuin en de prachtige omgeving welke nog niet overspoeld is met toeristen. Wat ons betreft een aanrader! Le gîte est très calme et parfait pour des vacances en famille reposantes avec un magnifique parc et plein d'activités (table de ping-pong, terrain de volley, baby-foot) en plus d'une grande piscine privée. Un super séjour que nous espèrons pouvoir renouveler l'année prochaine.
