For £15 nightly why not enjoy the hot tub, fresh and with special spa aromas you can sit back and see the night sky (please read hot tub rules in cabin) T1he ‘LODGE’ is our Scottish log cabin themed abode. With a king sized bed, fridge/freezer, heaters, kettle, tea and coffee facilities, sofa and chairs. A cosy way to be at one with nature and the wonderful Royal Forest of Dean. 3 miles from the Wye valley and Symonds Yat. Local bike hire, kayaking and body boarding are all within a mile or two. Nestled in the tree filled meadow, you may be lucky enough to glimpse fox, badgers, squirrels, bats and even local deer, joined by an amazing abundance of bird life. The amazing local pub, the White Horse, run by Hayley, John and their team, offer warm inviting hospitality, great quality food choices and a wide selection to drink in the beer garden. You can enjoy the private decking on the front of the Lodge and the BBQ (Please bring charcoal). The decking further down the garden, has far reaching views and a bar for those in need of a social loosener. PLEASE DONT USE SINK TO WASH DISHES , if you wish to cook , bring disposable bbq , plates and cutlery , T Towel , washing up liquid , we can provide you with washing bucket We are available to make sure you have everything you need for a great stay with us, no question is too much ! The local pub - brilliant, and next door is a lovely quaint antique shop where you can pick up something special, wider afield is the riverside town of Monmouth and the local town of Coleford. Lydney train station is 9 miles away and a good bus service runs to Coleford and then wider afield.
