The Stables, forming part of a 17th Century Water Mill, (Hicks Mill) in a beautiful quiet countryside location on the edge of Perranwell Station. Lounge, 1 dbl & 1 single bedroom, shower room & kitchen diner, own sun terrace & parking right next to the cottage. Wheelchair accessible. Sorry, no children under 10yrs of age. Please note: From 8th May to 1st Oct 2021 min stay 7 nights (Sat to Sat) full weeks only. The Stables is part of Hicks Mill Cottages in a courtyard setting. Our other cottage, Mill Cottages which sleeps 4 can also be found on the airbnb website. Access by 5 bar gate. Parking adjacent to the cottage. As we live on site in the main mill, we are always on hand to give helpful information, on local attractions, transport & the best restaurants. Hicks Mill is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty,a peaceful countryside setting yet only ten minutes from Truro. We have a beautiful courtyard setting surrounded by 1.5 Acres of garden. Perranwell Station has rail links through Truro, Falmouth & Penzance. Parking is free at the station. Timetables are available in our cottages. Truro & Falmouth also have park & ride. Falmouth also has park & float with ferry links to St Mawes & Helford Passage. In the Winter Season from 30th Oct to 1st 2022 April, min stay 4 nights. Special price for stays of 7 nights or more.
