This is the whole house plus drying and amenity areas. Ocean Court is a small courtyard development built around a central open space. This property enjoys private access on the side of the house and a private small sheltered patio at the rear with a robust picnic table. I live only 15 minutes away and all my guests will have at least two contact numbers plus an email address if they need to contact me at any time. The house is just a few minutes walk away from the beach and the south west coastal path. The village is served by a regular bus service to Truro and the surrounding area.
