Water View Villa with use of boat ramp- discounts for monthly rates

The property will always be cleaned and disinfected before arrival. There will also be cleaning products there for your convenience and peace of mind for your visit as well. We use pillow protectors on our pillows. Pillow protectors, sheets, pillow cases, blankets and bedspreads are all white(different then shown in pictures) and bleached and washed in hot water. Complimentary Water, coffee and cream. Also, initial paper towels, toilet paper, soap, detergent and more are there for you at the villa at check in. Free WIFI. We have never had a problem with the WIFI. We work from there and have not had a issue with internet. It is a small Island, surrounded by water, so if you use multi devices it may possibly effect your service. Get ready for a relaxing peaceful vacation. If you like outdoor space, this is it! Watch the fish jump from the LARGE wrap around screened in deck. Better yet, grab your fishing rod! Use of the boat ramp is included and located next to the Villa's. There is room under the Villa to store a small boat and park your car. Located on the property is a area to clean your boat and fish. There are two bikes and a couple of basic fishing rods there for your use and enjoyment. Bait and tackle also located just next door to the property. The Villa has updated wood look flooring through out the main living area. It has been newly furnished a year ago including a new queen mattress. The bedroom has sliding doors for easy access out to the deck. Both bedroom and living room have flat screen TV's with cable. The living room has a DVD player and movies there for you to enjoy. Some games and books are also kept there for your use. Recent updates-We recently just updated the kitchen with a New stainless range and refrigerator and the bedroom with new carpet. Bathroom has a new vanity with stone counter top and new flooring and new leather recliner for more comfort. We also added a desk in the living room. The outdoor screened patio has a high top with two bar stools, a love seat and L-Shaped couch. A great place to relax with a book, cocktail or sip your morning coffee. There is also a door off the kitchen leading out to the screened in deck. It has cathedral ceilings, BBQ, table with chairs to enjoy your outdoor meals. Also, darts and a foosball table. Conveniently located next to the property is a grocery store, bait shop, and tour company. Some nearby attractions include Air boat tours, fishing charters, kayak tours, Ernest Hamilton observation tower(beautiful view of the island ) and Smallwood store museum and boat tour, located in Chokoloskee. Enjoy the beauty of the Everglades and 10,000 Islands! You can also explore with day trips to Marco Island and Naples. HOA requires short term lease form. It is attached under rules and agreements.
