Fridge Large bedroom light and airy, One King sized bed, Bedside tables triple wardrobe and drawers Seating area within the room Ceiling Fan Air conditioning (chargeable per day) Single extra bed on request Fridge Coffee/Tea facilities plates & cutlery Mosquito nets on all doors and windows, Plenty of space for the extra single bed Balcony with outside seating area Private bathroom, shower and toilet Private Parking Balcony with seating area Main entrance shared hallway Available for questions by text or email or in person giving helpful tips about the local area and places to visit car hire, bike hire, boat hire etc Liapades is a traditional Greek village The Square and the Main Church are within 5 minutes walk up the hillside from the studio where you will find small traditional cafe/bars and A souvlaki Grill. from the square you can discover the olive groves and possibly see the local ladies with there working donkeys ( please respect these old traditions and ask them before you take photos Taking a 10 minute walk towards the main beach(Gyfyra) there are pool bars,cafes, traditional tavernas/restaurants which are mainly family run establishments On the Gefyra beach you can take a taxi boat to the next resort of Paliokastritsa or discover other hidden coves and beaches within the area. Available on this beach is sun bed hire, boat hire Canoes to rent pedalos snack bar and pool bar Or if you prefer a quieter location Rovinia or Limini they are all within 15 minutes walk or take taxi boat Also within easy access there is an ATM, Pharmacy, sos doctor, Garage, bike/scooter hire Car hire Boat hire Bus stop.... buses going to Corfu and Paliokastritsa The main village and up to the square has very narrow streets.... best taken by foot!! Local Green bus service into Corfu is very reasonably priced car hire is a good option to discover the island and also bike hire and cycle hire Boat hire is another good option to see the beautiful scenery and swim in the crystal clear water...... The studio is based in a quiet area but everything is within 5 /10 minutes walk Please respect local traditions quiet time between 2-6pm and evening time 10.30 pm
