The kitchen is well appointed with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Belfast sink and all utensils and cookware. The dining table has been made especially to be slightly lower than usual so all ages can feel comfortable dining and also playing card games etc. There is a separate utility and drying room with Tumble Dryer, Washing Machine, Fridge and storage racks. There is also a airing cupboard in the hallway to the bedrooms. The combi boiler provides radiator heating and hot water for the house. The living room area has a smart TV and a log burner for cosy winter evenings in and double doors which open out onto the undercover rear terrace. Dining room and bedrooms have USB wall sockets. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, there are drawers for storage and also a large ceiling height cupboard. There is room in here for a travel cot. Bedroom 2 had a double bed and 1 large ensuite bathroom, with large ceiling height cupboard. There is a corner bath, large shower, WC and sink. A curtain separates the bedroom from the bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds and a single bed. Bathroom 2 is shared and has a shower, WC and sink. Outside there are steps up the terraces of subtropical pants with handrails and numerous seating areas to relax, with the undercover shelter at the top of the garden providing a popular spot to relax summer or winter with its south facing aspect. Should you dare, there is also an outside 'solar' shower to wash off the sand from a fun day at the beach. There is a large children's chalkboard sheltered under the rear terrace that can be used in any weather and some bowling games to use on the terrace too. Up to 4 + cars and a boat can easily be accommodated on the driveway, all off the main road. There is ample room for safe storage of bicycles, surfboards, SUP's, motorbikes and small boats. The local bus service passes the property. I am your host Neil, I grew up in the Village of St Ishmaels, and live across the road from the property. I am able to help out with any requests for information regarding local walks, beaches, history and shopping etc. The neighbourhood is a quiet, peaceful, safe residential area. Parking for 4+ cars. Your safety as a guest is paramount. We operate a covid safe cleaning regime which includes a fogging of the property before any new guests arrive as well as sanitisation of all surfaces, touch points, fixtures and fittings. More details are provided in the welcome pack. All guests must adhere to the garden paths and use handrails provided. Any areas covered in wooden bark is strictly out of bounds. Please ask the owner for any local tips, they grew up locally and know everything there is to know about the area. Within 10min drive there are numerous surf spots, SUP, snorkelling, fishing, and boat launching areas. etc
