Compact room with double bed

Pleasant room with comfortable double bed, desk and chair, storage space. The bathroom and separate toilet, for exclusive use of guests, are on the same first floor landing. Breakfast room and kitchen are on the ground floor. We also have a larger room with super-kingsize bed and washbasin on the same landing. Guests are welcome in the room (obviously) and take breakfast in the breakfast room on the ground floor. Tea and coffee can be made in the kitchen by request. We're knowledgeable about the area and its amenities and very willing to help with information, directions etc. Shoreham Beach is mainly residential, with a couple of pubs, restaurants and shops; the town, 10 minutes walk across the footbridge, is extremely well-provided with shops, restaurants, pubs etc., and an award-winning Arts Centre. Shoreham Station has good links to London, Brighton and the West. There is an excellent bus service (700) close by which runs every ten minutes along the coast from Portsmouth to Brighton. Parking is available on our driveway and there is free parking on the street.
