Studio flat, fully equipped, provided with a double sofa bed and a single bed, it accommodates up to three people. Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers stunning views of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total: three are on Airbnb, one is occasionally occupied by my family. CIR 017187-CNI-00179 BEDS ARRANGEMENT Reservations for one person will imply preparation of one single bed. Reservations for two people will imply preparation of one double bed. Reservations for three people will imply preparation of one double bed and one single bed. If extra sheets are requested beyond the allowance given above each extra bedding sheet set can be provided at a cost of 10 euros. LOCAL LAWS Accordingly to the Italian law I have to register each guest on the Garda Lake tourism portal in order to pay the city tax. Therefore I would need each guest (aged 14 and over) to provide me with all the information needed for the registration (name and surname, date and place of birth, nationality, ID number and ID country of issue) HOUSE RULES - Please do not throw anything in the toilet other than toilet paper; - Litter recycling is mandatory -please refer to the collection schedule that you will find in the apartment for further details. The local council collects different recyclable sources every day.
