POE is a 3 BR, 2 Full Baths with 2 living rooms, 2 eating areas inside, lovely back porch with seating & grill. And the front porch is delightful to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. We welcome families, friends or business adventures. -Fully Stocked Kitchen -Linens, Towels, Hangers - TP (2 per bath), Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Laundry Detergent, Dish Washer Detergent, Spices, & More... -Cable & Wifi -Pac-n-Play, High Chair -Washer & Dryer -1 Smart TV in living room -1 Cable TV with DVD player in Den Guest will receive the day before the instructions for the POE, physical address, including the Lock Box code. The code changes with every guest. I manage the property for the owners and available for recommendations or immediate assistance. Please respect the neighbors.
