Birdsong self-contained villa

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard. Architecturally designed high-quality construction with stunning views across the valley and is located in a private part of the property. We will post photos of the inside as it gets closer to completion. Open and airy in summer (plus fans and aircon). Inbuilt gas fire place for those cold winter nights. The whole villa is yours to use We have onsite caretakers who can assist if needed (but otherwise will give you your space and privacy) Our property (Figtrees on Watson) is approx 12 acres in a semi rural setting with stunning views. For bookings for 2 or less guests, bedding can be made available for the sofa bed if required for an additional charge of $25 per stay
