Springwater Retreat, the cottage by the forest

Springwater Retreat is a well maintained 114 year old cottage that sits on six acres of forested land with two ponds that are filled by a natural spring. There are two large bedrooms, a fireplace in the loungeroom, coonara wood stove, bath, shower and full kitchen. You have full use of the downstairs main home. Lounge, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with deep bath, two bedrooms, laundry and large outdoor covered deck area with bbq and two large wicker couches. The grounds include a range of exotic European tree species, rhododendrons and camellias. There is an expansive covered deck with large couches that looks out onto the grounds. Nearby is the Toolangi township and the Toolangi State Forest. Enjoy! There is a completely separate upstairs Loft dwelling and someone might be occupying that space.
