Charming Balcony Apartment in Central Åre

Apartment in a prime location with amazing views over the beautiful lake and town of Åre. The place is situated in the legendary hotel of Tott, with ski-in/out to the slopes. Here you will have a bunk bed and double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Summer time! Åre is famous for its hiking and cycling trails. The closest lift is in town. Tottvagen 111 is the location of the apt, it's a 5-8 minute uphill walk from the train station , very short ride with taxi/car. Beautiful design and a cozy apartment in a historical building. All appliances are modern quality. The bedrooms includes a double bed and a bunk bed and the living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen area is modern and equipped. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and a towel dryer. We will be available during your full stay. This is a classic part of Åre where you'll see both traditional and new houses. As well as the town centre is only a 5 minute walk away. There you'll find all good that a skiing town has to offer. The slopes can be reached by a bridge and provides real ski in/out. There is parking space besides the building, it is managed by Q-Park which you have to pay for in the nearby ticket booth or through the application. Please note there is an ongoing construction outside the building and also ongoing renovations in the entrance of the building, they are working from 07:00 until 18:00 every day.
