The unit has a separate bathroom with shower, a kitchenette (small toaster oven and hot plate provided) equipped with the basics for cooking and eating. The open plan lounge room has a sofa, a study corner with desk and a separate small dining table with chairs. A large book shelf, cube shelf and mobile clothes hanger provide storage. Comfortable king single bed with extra trundle available. The unit sits under the main house and is fully private and self contained. Permanent living family in house provides easy reach help if you have queries. Parking available on the driveway of the main house, off the street. Host resides in main house above the unit and can be contacted by knocking on the door (reasonable hours as there are children living in main house). If nobody home, a mobile phone number will also be provided Unit is located in a very quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbors and a very safe street. There is an Aldi supermarket, pharmacy and cafe within walking distance (5-7 min walk) and bus stop nearby. Family friendly suburb and plenty of bush land nearby. There is a bus stop around the corner up on the main roadwhich will take you to the bus interchange at nearby Aspley Hypermarket (shopping centre). Parking for this unit made available on the left hand side of driveway of the main house, not blocking the right hand double garage door (photo provided for guidance). Guests are strongly encouraged to park here rather than in the cul de sac as there is limited space available and neighbouring properties have trailers that need to be able to move around. A doorbell camera for added security captures the space car is parked on if left on driveway.
