Private Room #2: Casa de los Reyes Homestay

My place is close to EVIA Lifestyle Center, Palazzo Verde, and just a few minutes drive to Alabang. You'll definitely love my place because the neighborhood is quiet. The rental is for the room only but the house is big and you can use the common areas like the living room where you can watch, you can cook in the kitchen, and even work in my home office. There's a possibility that there will be occupants in the other rooms. Aside from your designated bedroom, guests can use the living room, office, kitchen, and dining area. I am outside most of the time but if the guests want interaction, I'd love to share stories with you if I'm in the house. On the other hand, I also value the guest's privacy so I'm cool even if you just want a quiet time. The property is located inside a private village. The neighborhood is quiet so it is not advisable to have night parties in the house. My place is near SLEX MCX exit, EVIA Lifestyle Center, Palazzo Verde, and just a few minutes drive to Alabang ATC and Festival Mall. If you have a car, you can park in the street in front of the house or at the vacant lot at the back of the block. If you will be commuting, you can either take Grab or bus + jeep.
