The house is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood with private drive and fenced in yard. Parking available on driveway or the street (free) The private bedroom on the first floor has a full size bed with quality linens. The home offers a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The Bathroom is private, unless 2nd guest room is booked, then it is shared with other guests. I will approve guests who have been vaccinated for Covid 19. Masks must be worn in common areas of home. Artisticly and tastefully decorated private room that's spacious, warm, clean, quite and inviting, smoke free The 1917 home and private bedroom(s) have been lovingly restored, updated and boast many antiques. The bedrooms have new bedding and mattresses (2019) I prefer and typically host women, professionals and students. Free parking is available to booked guests. They may park on the driveway after 10:00p.m. Prior to 10pm, there is free street parking available. Vehicle must be moved to the street by 6:00a.m. M-F I offer a washer and dryer to guests staying 7 or more nights and the loads must be full. There are seasonal outdoor seating areas around a pond with waterfalls,a patio table and chairs, charcoal grill and firepit. Guests can have access to cooking stove, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, silverware, kettles. Guest parking on the driveway is available after 10:00pm and vehicle must be moved to street before 6:00a.m. M-F. Washer and dryer access is for guests staying 7 or more nights. Guests are responsible for securing their own valuables. Furniture is not suitable for guests over 300 pounds I can be reached in person, via phone, text or email. I will perodically check with a guest if they have any questions or need information about the area. Very quiet and safe neighborhood minutes to interstate, MKE airport, Medical College, VA Medical Center, universities, library, shopping malls, restaurants, brewiers, coffee shops, bakeries, lakefront, festivals, theatres, performing arts, Brewers stadium, Fiserv Forem arena, churches n places of worship. My house is foot steps to an east west bus route. Which connects with many north/south busses along the route. Uber, Lyft and local cab companies are also available for public transportation and the Amtrak train is minutes from my location. I will consider guest booking who have three or more positive reviews from other Airbnb hosts and who are professionally employed or retired. Also, prospective guests must be vaccinated (Covid 19) before I will approve a booking. I prefer to host women. There are two resident felines on the premises. Do not let them outside. No pets are allowed to accompany a guest(s) on the property. Guests are responsible for securing their own valuables. Furniture is not suitable for guests over 300 pounds. No weapons, guns, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia allowed. Please make sure the door is locked after entry to home and when leaving home. (Lock is set up in the locked position) Guests who utilise the kitchen must clean up after cooking including the stove, microwave and prep surfaces. Guests may use dishes, silverware, kettles and cooking utencils. Please do any hair dying, rinses or tints before arrival. Guest towels are for bathing and not hair treatments.
