The moment you open the door to this brand new funky loft apartment you know you are somewhere very special. Expertly designed and constructed by its owner and full of industrial eye catching details. You'll wake up wondering if you are in Paris, New York or Subiaco. Once you open the slatted French doors with its views across the leafy rooftops of Subiaco and smell the coffee from the nearby cafés, you'll remember you are a stone's throw from King's Park. Subiaco, a premier suburb of Perth, known for its popular Rokeby Road shops and cafés and close proximity to King's Park, the city, hospitals, UWA and the train line. The tree lined streets showcase all the wonderful traditional homes of the past century with their rear laneways, clever extensions and beautifully manicured gardens. Anne's loft is a spectacular construction both modern and industrial in its design, yet superbly functional and comfortable at the same time. Downstairs is the private bathroom complete with walk-in shower and garden views and a private laundry complete with your own washing machine and drying area. There is plenty of space to store your bike or a pram before heading upstairs to the loft. We call it a loft but in actual fact it is your very own 30sqm of stylishly designed space. The details are amazing from the re-claimed industrial lift shutter doors to the bedside lights. There is the comfiest King Size bed with quality bedlinen for the best nights sleep, dining space for up to 4, room to work, and a kitchenette with everything you need to store your food and prepare light meals. There is a large smart TV Free Wifi Porta cot and high chair can be provided FOC - please let us know in advance Ample storage space to unpack into Just a couple of mins walk to Rokeby Road and the café strip of Subiaco or a minute or two more and you're right into King's Park. Buses to the city are just 2 mins walk away. NOTE: Our neighbours have started some renovations and this is causing some noise disturbance. COMPLEMENTARY CONSUMABLES Whilst this is a self catering apartment, we understand that it’s expensive and time consuming to have to bring your own. In order that you can relax the moment you arrive we provide you with a generous amount of everything you need for a few days completely free of charge. Included are coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, body wash, washing powder, dishwashing etc etc. CHECK IN/OUT Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. If you'd like to arrive early or sleep in a little, let us know and we will do what we can. An additional fee may apply. CLEAR THE AIR Please go outside the building to smoke, or it will cost you $300. CLEANING A one off cleaning fee is included in your booking which ensures that you will arrive to a spotlessly clean place with fresh towels, bed linen and a few provisions. So that we can maintain our high standard even during longer stays, we insist that our cleaner comes once a fortnight if your stay is 3 weeks or more. Usual cleaning fee of $80 will apply. Finally, a note about PARTIES: This is not the place to book if you intend to have a party or invite others who are not included in the booking. Having your family and friends over for a sundowner is perfectly acceptable, but late nights, loud noise and excessive drinking is not allowed. We usually leave you alone to check yourself in and make yourself at home, but we live close by and can be on hand to help with anything should you need it. There is a microwave and a sandwich press to cook. No oven or cooktop. Guest information is collected via a secure online check-in. We will always ask for a copy of your ID (drivers licence or passport) before you check-in and we may also ask for the security bond to be held by us. Airbnb does not actually take the security bond themselves.
