Breakfast is included. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Which includes : An oven, a microwave, a hob, a Senséo Coffee Pot, a kettle, a toaster and all others kitchen tools. You also have deck chairs, board games, books, DVD for everyone. If needed, you will also find in the flat a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer. On request and in addition I can prepare meals with season products. (which you will find in the freezer, 5euro per person). You have access to the whole flat and garden.
