The house is also in a very convenient location where the nearby Logan Central Plaza is located only 5min away by car and has all major retail/grocery shopping stores like Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Chemist Warehouse and more. If you need to buy asian groceries, then the Korean supermarket "Hanaro BIG market" and other chinese grocery stores/butcher shops are located only 9min drive away in the nearby suburb of Underwood. In case of an emergency, convenience stores, local pharmacy and a medical centre is located 4 min away by walking distance. Kingston station is 1.5km away and will take around 18min to walk to if you need to take public transport.
