This mud brick home, with open plan space and wood combustion fire place and veranda all the way around with stunning sunsets will bring you peace in the tranquil setting. An out door fire pit.( check fire bans) 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom. You share this private location with nature and wildlife, neighbors are far away. Sunset Point cottage has just undergone refurbishment and is now complete. Total privacy . If you are up early enough the sun rises are just as spectacular as well. Watch the wildlife, catch a fish or just bird watch. From the local Sea Eagles that nest near by, the Pelicans fishing off the sand banks or fish jumping on dusk. This property is located on 5km of dirt road, all cars are suitable to access, and well sign posted. I now offer a fully stocked pantry for your peace of mind, in case you forget something you will find that I have most ingredients to cook up a storm. I just ask you if you finish an item it would be greatly appreciated if you can replace it for the next guest. There are 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 king room, 1 queen room, 1 king single plus a single trundle bed room and a fold out double bed sofa which is in the main living area. I offer fully made up beds and linen/ towels at a cost of $20 per person or feel free to supply your own to save you money. I supply soap and hand towels which are included plus the amazing open pantry. There are no neighbors on your door step. There is no public transport you need your own car. This property is on approximately 4 km of good dirt road, all cars are ok. Please note there is an additional charge for Linen and towels to be provided and all beds made up. The charge is $20 AUD per person FOR sheets and towels to be provided. There is a gas BBQ available and a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the BBQ has not been cleaned and left the way you found it. Please note pets are not to sleep on beds and lounges, but are able to sleep inside so BYO pet beds. There is also a $50 fee if your pet has been on beds and lounges.
